I) Download and save the excel sheet. 



II) Open the sheet with excel.



III) There are Total 24 sheets in the programme. 



1. Attendance register.

 2. Unit Test I Marks.

 3. Unit Test II Marks.

 4. Semester I Marks. 

5. Semester II Marks.

6 to 15 Average Sheet of all subjects (including PE and Evs and optional subjects) 

16. Rough sheet of final Marks after average. 

17.Report Card. 

18.Bluse Sheet of unit test/Year (50 Marks)

19. Blue Sheet of all exam. (200 Marks) 

20.Sheet for open day/Distribution of Marksheet/Result. 

21. Sheet of total attendance.

 22.Cover pages for blue sheets.

 23.sheet for caste wise rankers. 

 


Steps for preparation of the result.


1. Enter the complete details of the students in the attendance register Sheet(1).

2. Enter exam Wise Marks like Unit test I, II and Semester I, II. 

3. Check an average sheet of respective subjects. (where Marks are automatically converted into 100)

4. Check the rough sheet of year work (50 Marks) 

5. Just enter the roll number of the the students and the result will be generated automatically. 

6. You can edit it and write the name of the college.
